Shipping Methods & Costs

Standard Shipping

Free standard shipping to Canada & USA

  • Estimated delivery: 5-10 business days
  • Tracking: Included
  • Carrier: Canada Post, USPS (USA), and trusted international courier partners depending on destination and selected service.

Express Shipping

Express courier service is available at checkout for expedited delivery. Rates are shown at checkout in your local currency based on your delivery location.


Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders placed Friday-Sunday will be processed the following Monday. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.


Packaging

We take great care to ensure your artwork arrives safely:

  • Posters & Prints: Shipped rolled in reinforced cardboard tubes
  • Photographs & Small Items: Packaged in rigid mailers with protective backing
  • All items: Wrapped in protective sleeves before packaging

International Shipping

Customs & Duties

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country
  • These charges are not included in your order total and are collected by customs authorities upon delivery
  • We mark all packages accurately; we cannot mark items as “gifts” or misrepresent values

Delivery times vary by destination. Estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout.


Tracking Your Order

All orders include tracking. You’ll receive:

  1. Order confirmation email immediately after purchase
  2. Shipping confirmation email with tracking number within 1-2 business days
  3. Delivery updates from the carrier

Lost or Damaged Packages

Lost Packages

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package:

  1. Check with neighbors and household members
  2. Contact your local post office with tracking number
  3. Wait 2 business days (sometimes marked delivered early)
  4. Contact us at shop@allaboutdrama.com if still not found

While responsibility transfers to the carrier once delivery is confirmed, we will assist you in locating the package or filing a claim where applicable.

Damaged Packages

If your item arrives damaged:

  1. Take photos of the package exterior and damaged item
  2. Keep all packaging materials
  3. Contact us within 48 hours at shop@allaboutdrama.com
  4. We will work with you to file a carrier claim or arrange a replacement

Undeliverable or Refused Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout
  • Refusal to pay customs fees or duties
  • Refusal of delivery
  • Multiple failed delivery attempts

You will be responsible for:

  • Original shipping costs (if express shipping was selected)
  • Return shipping costs charged by the carrier
  • Reshipping costs if you wish the item re-sent

Refunds: Once the returned package arrives back to us, we will issue a refund for the item cost minus any original shipping costs, return fees, and handling charges. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.

Prevention: Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct, and be aware of your country’s customs policies before ordering.


Shipping Restrictions

  • We ship worldwide to most countries except to those under trade restrictions. If your country is not listed, please contact us.
  • PO Boxes not accepted
  • Some remote areas may experience longer delivery times

Address Changes

Orders cannot be changed or redirected once shipped. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. If you need to update your address, please contact us immediately – we can only modify addresses for orders that have not yet been processed (typically within 1-2 hours of purchase).


Carrier Delays

While we ship promptly, we cannot control carrier delays due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Customs processing
  • Carrier operational issues
  • Peak holiday periods

Please allow extra time during holidays (November-December).
