At The Art Shop, we specialize in limited edition artworks – rare, delicate silkscreen prints that are often one-of-a-kind collectibles. We’re passionate about connecting collectors with exceptional pieces, and we want you to love your purchase. Due to the unique nature of these artworks, we maintain a thoughtful exchange policy designed to protect both you and these precious pieces.
Our Policy: Exchanges Only
We offer exchanges only – no refunds for change of mind purchases. Given the collectible and delicate nature of the artworks, we encourage all customers to carefully review item descriptions, measurements, and condition reports before purchasing.
Exchange window: 7 days from delivery date
Before You Purchase
We want you to feel confident in your purchase. To help you make an informed decision:
- Study the photos carefully – we provide multiple high-resolution images showing the actual item you’ll receive
- Read condition descriptions – we detail any flaws, tears, fading, or imperfections
- Check measurements – each listing includes exact dimensions
- Contact us with questions – we’re happy to provide additional photos or information before you buy. We love talking about these pieces!
- Understand the medium – these are vintage silkscreen posters, not modern reproductions. Some aging and wear is normal and adds to their authenticity and character

Exchanges
You may exchange your poster for another item of equal or greater value from our gallery within 7 days of receiving your order.
To Request an Exchange:
- Contact us at shop@allaboutdrama.com within 7 days of delivery
- Provide your order number and photos of the item
- Select your replacement item from our current inventory
- Wait for approval – we’ll confirm the exchange within 24-48 hours
- Return the original using our provided instructions
Exchange Requirements:
- Item must be in the same condition as received
- Item must be in original packaging (tube or rigid mailer)
- No signs of damage, handling marks, or attempts to mount/frame
Exchange Costs:
- Equal value exchange: You pay return shipping only
- Higher value exchange: You pay the price difference plus return shipping
- We cover: Shipping of the replacement item to you (standard shipping)
What We Do NOT Accept for Exchange
- Items damaged due to improper handling after delivery
- Items that have been mounted, framed, or altered in any way
- Items with buyer’s remorse after 7 days
- Custom orders or special requests (if applicable in the future)
- Items purchased during “final sale” promotions

Damaged or Defective Items
Your satisfaction matters to us. If your poster arrives damaged or with defects not disclosed in the listing:
- Do not discard packaging – keep all materials
- Take photos immediately of damage and packaging
- Contact us within 48 hours at shop@allaboutdrama.com
- Provide order number and photos
We will:
- Provide a prepaid return label (no cost to you)
- Offer a full refund or free replacement (your choice)
- Process your claim within 24-48 hours
- Work with you to make it right
No restocking fee applies to damaged or defective items.
Wrong Item Shipped
Mistakes happen, and if we sent you the wrong poster, we’ll take care of it immediately:

- Provide photos of the item received
- Do not return until we provide instructions
We will:
- Cover all return shipping costs
- Ship the correct item immediately
- Offer full refund if correct item unavailable
- Apologize for the inconvenience and make it right
Order Cancellations
Before Shipping:
- Within 2 hours of purchase: Full refund available – email shop@allaboutdrama.com
- After 2 hours: Orders cannot be cancelled as they’re likely already processed
After Shipping:
- Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped
- You may refuse delivery, but standard exchange policy applies once returned to us
Changed your mind just after the 2-hour window? Contact us anyway – we’ll do our best to help if the order hasn’t shipped yet.
Return Shipping
Customer-Initiated Exchanges:
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Use a trackable shipping method with insurance
- Pack carefully in original packaging or equivalent protection
- We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipment
Our Error or Damaged Items:
- We provide a prepaid return label
- No cost to you
International Exchanges
We appreciate our international collectors and want to ensure you understand the exchange process:
International customers are responsible for:
- Return shipping costs (unless item is defective or our error)
- Any customs fees or duties on the return shipment
- Using trackable, insured shipping
Note: We cannot refund original customs duties or taxes paid upon initial delivery, as these are collected by your country’s customs authority, not by us.

Lost Returns
- We are not responsible for items lost during return shipment
- Always use tracked and insured shipping
- Keep tracking number and receipt until exchange is complete
Processing Timeline
- Contact us: Within 7 days of delivery
- We review request: 24-48 hours
- You ship return: Customer’s timeline
- We receive & inspect: 1-2 business days after receipt
- We ship replacement: Within 2 business days of approval
Total timeline: Approximately 2-3 weeks depending on shipping speed
